Standing Up From a Seated Position

Instructions:

  1. Place canes in left hand.
  2. Plant right arm on seat.
  3. Rotate 45 degrees.
  4. Right leg flexed, left leg extended.
  5. Rotate and place canes in final position for standing.
  6. Shift weight to right arm and left leg.
  7. Rotate and apply more weight to cane.
  8. Extend right leg and complete standing.
