Getting Up After Falling

Instructions:

  1. Roll on to stomach.
  2. Use hands to get into kneeling position.
  3. Position canes on floor with handles below shoulders and tips forward.
  4. Extend left leg slightly above buttocks.
  5. Extend right leg, raising buttocks.
  6. Holding canes, walk backwards on hands until weight can be applied to legs.
  7. Shift weight to canes, one at a time
