Descending Stairs with no railing- Beginning Method

Instructions:

  1. Stand at 45 degrees to step, right leg (or strongest leg) forward.
  2. Place canes on next lower step.
  3. Step down to next step with right leg.
  4. Shift weight to right leg.
  5. Bring left leg down to same step as right.
  6. Move canes to next lower step and repeat procedure.
